We haven’t slept through the night yet.

Not once.

We’re not sleep training. We’re guided by biology. We respond. We comfort. We support.

And it’s hard.

Broken sleep changes everything.

You are more emotional. More sensitive. More reactive. More tired than you admit.

So here’s the reframe:

When sleep is low, lower the standard.

Lower cleaning expectations. Lower social expectations. Lower productivity expectations.

Not your parenting standards. Not your love.

Just the extras.

You are not behind.

You are sleep-deprived.

That is not a character flaw. It is a season.
